AWAKE is market-analysis software. It does not execute trades, hold customer funds or manage exchange accounts for users.

AWAKE provides market-data visualisation, scanners, rankings, alerts and algorithmic market-analysis outputs. Outputs are based on market data and are not tailored to your portfolio, income, financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance.
3. Trial
Eligible new accounts may receive a 48-hour trial. The trial ends automatically and does not automatically convert to a paid subscription.
4. Paid validation offer
The current offer is one fixed-duration access purchase. It does not renew automatically. Price, currency and access duration are displayed before payment.
5. Consumer withdrawal rights
Mandatory consumer withdrawal rights remain applicable where required by law. If you expressly request immediate commencement before an applicable withdrawal period expires and later validly withdraw, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for service supplied up to withdrawal where applicable law permits. 6. No execution/custody
AWAKE does not place orders, hold fiat or crypto-assets or grant access to a third-party exchange.
7. Analytical limitations
Scores, rankings, alerts and detected market conditions may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. No output guarantees profit, accuracy or future price movement.
8. Geographic restrictions
Market data shown by AWAKE does not mean an instrument or venue is legally available to you. Do not use AWAKE to circumvent exchange or geographic restrictions.
9. Mandatory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
